Emergency planning is a fundamental principle of workplace safety and health. Preparing before an emergency incident plays a vital role in ensuring that employers and workers have the necessary equipment, know where to go, and know how to keep themselves safe when an emergency occurs. This informational session will provide information on OSHA's requirements for workplace emergency action and fire protection plans and when they are required. It will also provide attendees with resources to help develop and maintain their own plan.
